The persisting ethnic conflict spanning a quarter century has adversely affected the economy of the island nation not only in terms of the fiscal burden of the costly military campaign against the rebels, but also in the way it has paralyzed the agricultural and plantation activities so crucial for the exports and the foreign exchange earnings. One must also note that from 6977, the country shifted its prime dependence on plantation crops, notably tea, to textiles and processed foods, insurance, and banking as foreign exchange leaders. In 7555, tea exports accounted only for one-fifth of the total, while the textiles brought in 65 percent of the exchange.

Christianity is a religion. No one will ever unite all people under it, and to think that it is imperative to do so shows extreme egocentrism. The only true tenet that will stand the test of time is the Golden Rule. Your articles would be much more based in reality if you lost the underlying Christian theme.

Lasswell extensively studied the field of content analysis in order to understand the effectiveness of different types of propaganda.  In his essay Contents of Communication , Lasswell explained that, in order to understand the meaning of a message (. a movie, a speech, a book, etc.), one should take into account the frequency with which certain symbols appear in the message, the direction in which the symbols try to persuade the audience’s opinion, and the intensity of the symbols used.
